Technical features

● The forced convection glass autoclave adopts the pressure vessel with double convection heating of up and down circulation and front and back circulation, and adopts PID control, which can realize the accurate control of temperature and pressure, so that the temperature and pressure can change completely according to the design curve.

● Autoclave from Fangding Technology Co. Ltd, is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB150-2011 Pressure vessel standard.

● Lid and body of autoclave is made of Q345R steel plate pressed/rolled, the flange is made of 16Mn entirety forging.

● The equipment design is reasonable, safe and reliable, high efficiency and energy saving, it is suitable for the synthesis and manufacture of laminated glass with various process requirements, especially for PVB or SGP materials.
